iPad math question

im glad they are gonna make iPad specific ones because i would be that guy who would be able to anser this question....

haha - I wonder if screen protectors will cost more because of the larger display

Probably. Screen protector manufacturers probably see it as just that: a bigger screen. More real estate, means more manufacturing costs (or so they'd say), and so they need to charge more. Makes perfect sense for them.

But how much is too much?

i dont plan on maying more than $5 more than the iphone sized ones

So would $25 for the iPad make sense for the company? It would obviously make sense for the consumer. I almost expect them to be $40, though. Double the size, double the cost kind of thing.

i see them coming out around that price range and settling for around $25-$30

I honestly don't know if it's worth the price. I use to use'em on my iphones but then one day decided to go commando and never looked back. The display is glass so it won't scratch. If you should drop iPad, it's "break" with or without the screen protector.

Agreed. I haven't had a screen protector since oleophobic screens started making the rounds.
